About Us
Heatheridge Co-Operative is a 18 Unit housing cooperative in the vibrant Hillside/Oaklands neighbourhood of Victoria. Our Co-op consists of one, two and three bedroom townhouse or apartment style units.
All units are equipped with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher hookup and washer/dryer hookups. Heating is baseboard electric, which is paid separately by member, directly to B.C. Hydro. Flooring is predominately carpet, with linoleum kitchens and bathrooms.
